A Love Story Called Trappy

The very first moment I looked into Trappy's eyes, I knew he wasn't just a dog... I knew I had found a new member of my family.

He would sit beside me, wait for me at the door, and celebrate my return as if I were the most important person in his world. He waited eagerly for every meal and seemed to understand my feelings before I even spoke. As time passed, I often felt that he loved me more than I could ever put into words.

But something kept bothering me.

I paid close attention to my own food. I read ingredient lists, chose natural foods, and avoided processed products, preservatives, and artificial flavors because I understood their impact on human health.

Yet at the same time, I was feeding Trappy food filled with processed ingredients and preservatives, knowing it wasn't the best choice for him.

It was a contradiction I could no longer ignore.

We all understand the effects of excessive processed foods, added sugars, and fast food on our own health. So I couldn't help but ask myself: if these foods aren't ideal for us, why would they be the best thing to feed the one I love most?

Then I asked myself the question that changed everything:

If Trappy is truly part of my family... why shouldn't he eat food held to the same standards as my own?

That question became the beginning of my journey.

I immersed myself in scientific research, studied canine and feline nutrition, and learned from trusted veterinary sources. Every lesson reinforced one belief: I could do better for him.

And from that love... and with his name... Trappy Bites was born.

It wasn't simply a business idea or another pet food brand.

It was a promise I made to Trappy—to do everything I could to help him live a longer, healthier, and happier life.

Then came Amigo, my Persian cat, reminding me every day that this promise wasn't just for dogs. Love doesn't distinguish between dogs and cats. Every pet deserves food that respects their health just as much as their place in our hearts.

Today, every time I see Trappy and Amigo waiting excitedly for their meals—or hear stories from our customers about healthier, happier pets—I remember why this journey began.

Because Trappy Bites wasn't born from a business idea... it was born from love.
